Always shake before use. Simply apply a small amount to the area you would like covered with gripping chalk and rub evenly over this area. Allow to air dry for around 15-30 seconds (you can speed this up by blowing the area). You will now have a perfect layer of griping chalk. Clean with warm soapy water after use for removal.
