Demoday Carbohydrate Powder

Demo Day is a carbohydrate powder that can be used before, during, and after training to fuel performance and facilitate recovery. Unlike other carbohydrate powders, Demo Day utilizes three low-glycemic carbohydrate sources to provide you with sustained energy, including Carb10®, Cluster Dextrin®, and Palatinose™. Demo Day also features HydroMax® glycerol and L-taurine to further enhance hydration, pumps, and performance.

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 280ml - 340ml of water. This product can be taken multiple ways:
1 Pre-Workout: Drink 1/2 - 1 serving 30 minutes before training
2 Intra-Workout: Sip on 1/2 - 1 serving during training
3 Post-Workout: Drink 1/2 - 1 serving after training
